Rodrigo Vainer - Brazil
I originally enrolled for a 1 month course but I have decided to study for an extra month because I am having such a great
time. I love the school because I am getting so much VIP attention and my English has really improved. My host family is
great because they are really friendly and make me feel very welcome. My classmates have also told me how amazingly
friendly their homestay families are.

nightlife is good because there are many backpackers who come to Airlie Beach on their way along the Queensland coast
visiting the islands and the Great Barrier Reef. There are some great bars, there are 3 I like in particular because they have
a great atmosphere with lots of people from all over Australia and the world.
I did volunteer work on a 3 day yacht charter which sailed around the Whitsunday islands. The cruise normally costs A$500
but I went along for free in return for washing some dishes and helping with serving the food.
