Sydney Institute can boast its fair share fair of superlatives. Founded in 1891 it is one of the oldest TAFEs of the state. Its more than 800 courses also make it one of the largest. Its strong cooperation with some of the leading companies makes it an attractive venue for tens of thousands of students every year. It comes as a small wonder that some of the TAFE’s graduates are now well-established personalities in their fields.

Located in the heart of Australia’s biggest city, Sydney Institute is within close range of the major business districts, shopping centres, entertainment complexes, magnificent beaches and lush bush land. The area can best be described as diverse.
