This qualification will further develop your practical skills and knowledge in accounting. Subjects covered include those in the Diploma of Accounting, plus you will learn skills in complex tax returns and lodgements, complex corporate financial reports, and corporate governance activities.

You will also learn to develop and use complex spreadsheets and conduct internal audits. You may also learn skills to develop an operational business plan or implement tax plans and evaluate tax compliance.

Accounting Course Australia

The Master of Professional Accounting is a 2.5 year conversion program providing graduates from non-accounting backgrounds with training in accounting and related areas while meeting the full academic requirements for membership to Australian professional accounting bodies.

Griffith is approved by CPA Australia as a CPA Program Tuition Provider and is one of three Australian universities incorporating support for CPA Program Professional Level studies in its Masters degrees.

Students completing this program and the examinations conducted by CPA Australia satisfy the educational requirements for CPA membership and will be eligible for full CPA membership upon completion of three years of mentored work experience.
