Placement Information

Q1. How many hours of placement students are required to complete in each qualification?

  • Certificate III : 120 hours
  • Diploma : 240 hours
  • Two years package : 360 hours

 

Q2. Is RGIT providing the placement for students?

  • Yes. We’ve been connected to many child care centres in Melbourne and Hobart and we’ve been placing students.
  • Students also have their own freedom to choose their own placement centres if they want.

 

Q3. In Hobart, I believe that there are more Australian (or native speakers) are working in the Child care centres, would it be okay for my students to find a place?

  • There will be no issue on it. Firstly, we are providing the places for placement.

 

At the same time, we’ve been getting feedback from our industry partners that the cultural differences were very helpful to understand the community and

the parents as well. Our WBT trainers has been receiving very positive feedback from the centre managers for our students.

Q1. How many days students are required to attend the class?

  • We have provide classes of 2.5 days.

 

Resources

Q1. What kind of resources are using at the moment?

  • We’ve been using LMS for all the units (online resources). Trainers and students are closely working out together for giving and receiving feedback.

Q1. Nationality of students enrolled in RGIT Australia?

  • It’s well-mixed group of students are studying with us at the moment. For Asian countries, we have students originally from Nepal, Myanmar, Korea, China, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand while we also have students from Italy, Colombia, and Brazil.

 

Any Promotion?

  •  $15,500 for students coming from ALL LATAM, Europe, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China and Thailand for Melbourne campus (2 years pacakge) by September.
  • Hobart and other nationalities for Melbourne campus is $16,000.
  • Enrollment fee will be waived for students who will pay 1 term fee $2000.
  • $500 and $1000 despoit are still available upon request.
